Our client, a large-scale professional services firm has chosen to partner exclusively with Re:work on a fully managed recruitment campaign.
Role Summary:
This role suits someone with strong recruitment experience, who enjoys ownership, organisation, and building relationships. The position blends strategic coordination with hands-on delivery across graduate and experienced hiring.
About the Company & HR Dept
Operating in the professional services sector, our client has a large local headcount with a people-first culture focused on flexibility, collaboration, and growth. You will work closely with a HR team that consists of 5-6 members.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead and manage the internship and graduate programmes.
2. Oversee full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions.
3. Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
4. Coordinate with external agencies for specialist and senior hires.
5. Maintain internal systems to ensure visibility and progress.
6. Promote employer brand and support recruitment events and presentations.
What We’re Looking For
1. 3+ years’ recruitment experience in a professional or semi-corporate setting.
2. Excellent organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
3. Comfortable presenting to large groups and senior stakeholders.
4. Strong sourcing and LinkedIn skills.
5. Friendly, professional, polished communicator with a proactive mindset.
6. Experience with graduate campaigns or structured programmes desirable (a distinct advantage but not essential)
What’s On Offer
1. Permanent, full-time role based in Dublin city centre
2. Salary: €45,000–€50,000 (DOE)
3. 23 days AL plus opportunity to purchase additional days, health perks, €1,000+ in annual vouchers, pension, and more flexible benefits.
