Job Title: Human Resources Executive
A well-established hotel, part of a respected hospitality group, is currently seeking a Human Resources Executive to oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative duties of the Human Resources department
* Support Heads of Department in team management, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, and talent planning
* Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising, screening, selection, and onboarding
* Maintain up-to-date and compliant employee files
* Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements
* Assist with disciplinary processes and employee grievances
* Submit weekly payroll and implement group-wide HR projects
Requirements:
* Qualification in Human Resources Management or in the process of obtaining one
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role or department
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and best practices
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
* Leadership and conflict management skills
