Assistant Manager Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide training and development to all team members.

Experience & Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to manage a large team.
* Excellent people skills.
* Strong understanding of store standards.
* Foster excellent working relationships with diverse individuals across different functions and locations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional leadership skills.

Other:
* This is a full-time, 40-hour per week permanent role.
* Requires flexibility to work any 5 out of 7 days, including early, late, and weekend shifts.
