Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain relationships with customers who have an existing installed base. The ideal candidate will initiate contact, promote our services, and communicate with various levels of the customer organization to ensure our offerings are fully understood.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a commercial strategy for targeted accounts and segments.
* Promote and educate customers about our installed base services.
* Become knowledgeable about our full service offer, particularly 'Power Systems,' and learn how to apply these solutions across the customer lifecycle.
* Cross-sell our offers to existing customers.
* Gain working knowledge of all Services offer portfolios from other lines of business (Buildings, IT) and apply these solutions to customer pain points.
* Create dynamic sales plans in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
* A degree-level technical qualification in engineering and at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably with some background in electrical engineering.
* Experience with electrical systems, distribution, and protection is essential for success as a trusted advisor and creating demand.
* Strong account management skills.
* Cold calling and social selling abilities.
* The ability to persuade and convince others to promote our offers and influence decision makers.
* Active listening and communication skills.
* The capacity to build and maintain strong business relationships.
* Energetic, outgoing, proactive, and attentive to prospecting and networking.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of our service offerings throughout the asset life cycle and good knowledge of power systems, secure power, and industry systems.
