Job Title: Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees.
* Manage visitor access, including travel and social booking requirements, staff access cards, and local network, meeting room, and workstation access arrangements.
* Coordinate new employee onboarding, working with local hiring managers to ensure proper equipment, access, and induction processes.
* Provide ongoing in-office support to resolve work experience-impacting issues.
* Manage office supplies ordering and administrative tasks.
* Schedule meetings, manage parking availability, take minutes, process expenses, and perform other office administration duties.
* Plan and deliver key staff and external events, including conferences and workshops.
* Arrange travel logistics, book transport, accommodation, and appointments for staff members and visiting VIPs.
* Support company policy development, maintenance, and implementation.
* Ensure the office environment meets health and safety standards.
* Work with the Senior Finance Manager to track Dublin office costs, spending, and future forecasting/budgeting.
* Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through initiative development and implementation collaboration with stakeholders.
* Help plan and deliver social events and staff competitions for seasonal and industry-specific occasions.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a related field.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, influence, and build effective relationships within the organization.
* Strong organizational abilities, flexibility to prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.
* Collaborative and adaptable to changing team and business needs.
* Good written and verbal communication skills, including clear and concise information conveyance.
* Proficiency in G Suite and other relevant software applications.
* Proactive and resourceful mindset with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
