Responsibilities
* Supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in the pre and post sales processes
* Manage a high volume of enquiries
* Identify and register potential buyers, secure and conduct viewings both in person and digital
* Follow up viewings and secure sales, maintain a good relationship with applicants to generate future sales
* Exceptional reporting skills to senior and client level
* Assist in the preparation of client pitches and presentations
* Perform other tasks delegated by senior staff as required
* Build and maintain trust with prospective and existing clients
* Manage regular client reporting across multiple assignments, acting as client’s single point of contact
* Incorporate passion, drive and accountability in all work while promoting the firms brand
Requirements
* PSRA Licence B
* Minimum 1, ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar role (New Homes experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to demonstrate an ability to work in a sales driven environment
* Knowledge of Help to Buy and First Home Schemes
* An organised and methodical approach with an ability to prioritise workload
* Strong attention to detail
* Impeccable standards in customer care
* Team player with a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
