Customer Service Administrator Position
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Galway City. The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer inquiries and orders are handled promptly and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and empathy
* Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting issues related to their online shopping experience
* Resolve complaints, process returns, and issue refunds in line with company policies
* Update products descriptions, availability, and pricing
* Monitor competitor websites and suggest improvements to customer service processes
* Upload new products, imagery, product descriptions etc. to the online store
* Maintain site promotions
Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with online platforms and customer service software
* Previous experience in an online customer service role is preferred
* Exposure to retail environments is an advantage
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work every second Saturday in an office-based environment.
