Job Description
In this position you will serve as a vital contact for employees engaged in assignments, transfers, and relocations, covering both international and domestic movements. This role encompasses liaising with clients, internal teams, and mobility suppliers. It involves providing operational support, adeptly managing inquiries, and serving as the main escalation point for any issues related to global mobility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Advise tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on employee and employer tax and social security implications.
2. Design workforce tax planning initiatives to optimize tax outcomes for clients.
3. Offer strategic advice on global mobility programs and their tax implications.
4. Manage tax aspects of global mobility, including equalization, protection, and planning.
5. Collaborate with legal teams to address employment law and tax compliance.
6. Handle tax disputes and resolve global mobility-related issues.
7. Build strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
