Job Description:
The company is seeking multiple Mechanical Engineers with experience in building services to join their expanding team in Dublin. These positions are ideal for individuals with intermediate to associate-level experience in the design, installation, and management of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy systems, across various commercial, residential, industrial, and pharmaceutical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, specify, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) for new and existing buildings, including pharmaceutical facilities.
* Work closely with architects, electrical engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality building services solutions.
* Perform detailed calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure compliance with local building codes, pharmaceutical standards, and industry regulations.
* Prepare technical reports, specifications, and tender documentation for a range of projects, including those within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Conduct site surveys, inspections, and supervise the progress of mechanical installations throughout the construction phase, particularly for pharmaceutical projects with strict regulatory requirements.
* Provide technical support and guidance to clients, contractors, and project teams.
* Contribute to the efficient management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
* Stay informed on the latest technologies and industry trends, contributing innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and sustainability.
* Ensure compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards in all mechanical design work, particularly for high-demand pharmaceutical environments.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Building services engineering, particularly in mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
* Experience working on pharmaceutical projects is highly desirable, along with knowledge of the specific standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and mechanical system standards (e.g., ASHRAE, CIBSE) as well as pharmaceutical industry-specific requirements.
* Experience working across a range of building projects, including commercial, residential, industrial, and pharmaceutical sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Chartered Engineer status or working towards Chartered status.
* Experience in sustainable building services design, including renewable energy solutions.
* Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and integrated project delivery.
* Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant pharmaceutical guidelines.
