Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across freight solutions, including road, air, and ocean logistics.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customers with substantial freight spends.
Identify client needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring structured and detailed reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success and other business developers, to align on strategic goals.
Attend key meetings and contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and quarterly reviews.
Represent the company in client meetings and industry events, requiring frequent travel as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 10 years of experience in logistics, with a strong emphasis on road freight.
Proven ability in solution-based sales with a high conversion rate.
Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Azyra or similar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a results-driven team.
