Job Title: Business Support Analyst - Retail Fulfilment Operations
The Retail Fulfilment Operations team strives to deliver operational excellence for best-in-class customer support. Our goal is to turn fulfilment into a key value proposition for Apple's direct customers, through detailed planning, execution, and strategic programs.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate with supply chain operations experience and strong SAP, communications, and analytical skills. You will have significant interaction with several internal groups such as Supply Demand Management & Execution, Logistics, Retail Market Development, merchandising, Apple Retail Stores, and our counterparts in the US and other regions.
Responsibilities:
1. Support and execute order change management processes in line with Apple's strategy for online business, lead order backlog exceptions.
2. Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels in stores at all times.
3. Support operational queries from Retail Stores and partner organisations.
4. Provide customer-focused service with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
5. Develop a practical and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions.
6. Innovate and learn complex system and process information, focusing on simplification and automation.
7. Support key fulfilment projects by reviewing business requirements, developing test cases, and completing user acceptance testing.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project goals are achieved.
9. Analyse data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
* Excel and Tableau experience or other data reporting/data visualisation tools.
* Able to quickly identify trends and recommend actions to drive positive business impact.
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* High work ethic, perseverance, and flexibility to react to fast-paced environment challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in supply chain management/operations.
* Experience of SAP/SAP HANA is an advantage.
