HR Business Partner
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Cork, working two days a week and remotely three days a week. This is a long-term contract with potential for permanency.

About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
* Develop and implement impactful HR strategies in collaboration with the business.
* Provide expert guidance on HR matters to line managers, covering recruitment, performance management, and more.
* Work closely with the wider HR team to drive initiatives like learning & development, employee relations, and change management.
* Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and drive high performance.
* Become a trusted advisor across the organisation, building strong relationships and championing new ways of working.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 3-5 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of employment law.
* A knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach with a drive for excellence.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments (retail experience an advantage).
Remuneration Package
The remuneration package includes a salary range of €55,000 - €60,000.
