1. Drive value engineering and identify efficiencies in design.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team and direct reports.
3. HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification.
Construction Engineering Project Management - Experience in a property or construction environment is essential.
1. Working as part of a construction development team in the delivery of multiple campus projects in line with a PMO system.
2. Must have a minimum of 15 years' prior professional experience working in construction and development.
3. Must have relevant project management experience in a construction environment, with a focus on the management of design teams.
4. Professional qualification in engineering, surveying or related field.
Providing and monitoring professional engineering services on various construction-related projects including renovation, conservation, and fit out of residential projects.
1. Managing construction procurement processes in line with the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) best practice guidance.
2. Qualification at minimum level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) or NARIC Ireland equivalent in Building Services Engineering/Building Engineering.
Responsibility for managing the planning and execution of an effective roads network and construction of engineering structures within the Business Area Unit (BAU) to access the forest estate.
1. Support and implement the Engineering Strategy and Engineering Procurement Strategy.
2. Promote a commercial culture in Engineering operations.
3. Assist the Estates Manager in preparing the Engineering budget.
