We are currently recruiting a Senior MICE Sales Manager to join our team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities: Attend morning briefing with M&E Team when on site, support M&E Team on Conversion Work collaboratively with other sales channels Conduct monthly quota of site inspections Manage the Sports Market for the hotel Understand and actively utilize company marketing initiative/incentives to close business Attend networking events and overseas tradeshows and sales missions for the MICE market and where applicable.
Work with Local DMCs to arrange US Direct Sales Missions.
Develop and manage catering sales revenue and operation budgets, and provide forecasting reports.
Generate new leads from Creation reports and Lost Business Reports.
Manages the annual performance management process, in line with the Leadership Capability Framework The successful candidate will have: Hospitality Management/BSC Have a real understanding of hotel operations Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role Previous 4/5* hotel experience.
Passion, energy, enthusiasm.
Good presentation and influencing skills The ability to work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask many projects/ initiatives at once and adhere to tight timelines.
