Capita Ireland are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from your home and also our office in Little Island. You’ll join a small, friendly and dedicated team to support our clients customers with general enquiries and ensure a positive impression and proactive service is provided at all times. During your 8 week training & grad bay period, you will work full time in our Little Island office therefore it is key that you are able to commute easily to our office. After training and grad bay, you will be given the option to work hybrid in the office 2 days per week and the remainder at home. On Day 1, you will be required to spend the full day completing induction in our office.You'll work across Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am to 8pm, 40 hours per week.
