About the Role
We are seeking a number of highly-talented QA Engineers to join our Product Engineering team and be a part of our journey as we continue to innovate in the Quality Assurance and Customer Service industries.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
* Develop and implement best practices to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization.
* Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, employee development, and organizational changes.
* Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies, employee retention programs, and talent development initiatives.
* Ensure that mandatory training is efficiently organised and delivered.
* Gather employee feedback and provide routine reporting of metrics in relation to staff.
* Lead and support initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
* To be a member of the management team and assist in strategy planning and implementation.
Skill Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a related field.
* Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, as well as best practices.
* Prior experience in the technology or SaaS sector is an advantage.
* 3rd level qualification in a related discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
