Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Construction Site Health and Safety Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, promote, and maintain a strong health and safety culture on site.
* Ensure implementation of environmental and sustainability programmes.
* Comply with local and national Health and Safety legislation.
* Develop project-specific health and safety strategies and plans.
* Implement industry best practices in health and safety.
* Maintain active health and safety monitoring through audits and inspections.
* Monitor and report on health and safety performance.
* Support the Project Manager in statutory duties.
Requirements:
* Primary degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
* Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Chartered member of IOSH or equivalent qualification.
* Advanced knowledge of construction health and safety principles.
* 10 years' experience in a related role.
