Group Services DAC have a full time temporary vacancy for a Change Manager within the People and Sustainability Rewards team.
The successful candidate will lead and drive organisational change efforts for a comprehensive review and implementation of a HR Career & Reward Framework.
This project is expected to have a significant impact on employees across the organisation, influencing career development, reward structures, and employee engagement strategies for a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees.
Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Develop and execute a tailored change management strategy that aligns with the project goals, organisational culture, and strategic priorities.
Define success metrics and measure the effectiveness of change interventions.
Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR teams, department heads, and employee representatives.
Ensure clear, consistent communication with all stakeholder groups, addressing concerns and building support for change.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive communication plan to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Design and implement training and support programs to equip managers and employees with the tools and knowledge needed to adapt to the new framework.
Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and resistance points.
Develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure smooth transition and adoption.
Work closely with the project team, HR, and business units to ensure alignment of change management efforts with overall project timelines and deliverables.
Work with a small team of business analysts who will support with communications and training activities.
Track progress against the change management plan, providing regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
Gather and analyse feedback from employees to continuously improve change initiatives.
Criteria:
Education and experience:
Degree in Business, HR, Organisational Development, or related field.
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).At least 7-10 years of experience in change management, with a focus on HR or organisational development projects.
Experience in leading projects with significant employee impact in a medium to large organisation.
Technical:
Proven ability to lead large-scale organisational change initiatives, preferably in HR transformation projects.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organisational objectives.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
Experience working with Project Managers on organisation change projects, with a focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Interpersonal:
Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
Competence in assessing risks, analysing feedback, and adjusting strategies based on data.
Sensitive to human change and impact.
Ability to lead and manage with confidence.
