Procurement Senior Specialist

Duties:
* Manage direct, indirect, and research procurement categories, including strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
* Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders on-site to provide full support on supply, drive changes, and understand site priorities while promoting alignment on implementing procurement-driven projects.
* Develop and implement strategies for strategic supplier relationship management to align with SSC Category targets and enable continuous improvement in areas such as supply, quality, innovation, cost, and regulatory compliance.
* Implement globally cascaded projects, including project management, site alignment, supplier transition, and other related tasks.
* Continuously improve procurement processes and increase personal productivity.
* Engage with, obtain sponsorship from, and influence senior-level stakeholders to demonstrate procurement value proposition, create delivery plans, and collaborate with business stakeholders.
* Develop end-to-end risk management strategies and performance management & improvement strategies.
* Act as a change agent, demonstrating added value brought by the procurement function and serving as a role model for leadership behaviors.
* Support diversity within the company and foster relationships with diverse SME suppliers.
* Develop and deliver objectives and targets in respective categories, including annual profit plan/savings forecast, working capital conversion/pull-through targets, SME spend targets, spend concentration%, and contract compliance% targets.
Experience and Education:
* Hold a BS/BA degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (minimally); MBA or CPM/Supply Chain certification preferred.
* Have working experience in multinational companies, complex matrix organizations, and international teams.
* Possess 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/supply chain/procurement for manufacturing sites.
