SUMMARY
You will work as part of a team that solves complex business problems from strategy to execution. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
* Anticipate and meet the needs of Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers regarding resources, travel, and accommodation.
* Support financial management: invoices, debt collection, reports.
* Assist with client relationship management using Salesforce and digital tools.
* Produce brand-compliant proposals, presentations, and documentation.
* Manage events, diaries, and meeting coordination.
* Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Share knowledge, support peers, and train new hires.
* Filing and maintenance of files in document management solutions.
* Manage telephone calls and assist with general projects.
Requirements:
* 5 years+ relevant experience in administration.
* Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G Workspace, and databases.
* Salesforce experience an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
* Prioritization, problem-solving, and flexibility are essential.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
