As a Line Manager you drive the long-term, you make sure we build a strong organization who is innovative, invests in the right technologies for our use cases and delivers quality software products.
What you will do:
* Be the Line Manager for product development teams who develop Data Management and Ingestion micro-services and applications.
* Be accountable for the micro-services and applications delivered, their functional and non-functional capabilities, the quality and maintenance too.
* Collaborate with Product Managers regarding product evolution and feature roadmap, ensuring we deliver a leading product offering.
* Work in a multi-national environment, in an organization with development teams in multiple countries.
* Foster a culture of customer focus with engineering excellence at the core, based on ownership, autonomy, and collaboration.
The skills you bring:
* Be a leader with the capability to make timely, fact-based decisions and consistently step forward to take accountability for these decisions while building a collaborative environment where a speak-up culture is encouraged.
* Feel comfortable giving-up control and leading based on goals, outcomes, and values.
* Be able to identify and grow creative, problem-solving engineers.
* Have good interpersonal and communication skills, value the opportunity of working in an environment where diversity is the rule.
* Be passionate about technology, especially data ingestion and management.
* Have good understanding of cloud native, micro-service technologies and how these can be used to create large systems that enable automation of mobile networks.
* Have a track record in efficiently developing high quality products and solutions using Lean principles and Agile methods.
