The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Residential Sales team in Cork. This is a unique opportunity to work in a premium real estate environment where your skills will directly contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
️ Manage diaries and action lists for residential negotiators.
✍️ Draft agreements, solicitor letters, and sales-related documents.
Prepare weekly bulletins based on agents’ instructions.
️ Maintain organized records of client communications and listings.
Coordinate viewings, meetings, and property inspections.
Respond to client inquiries with accurate property and process information.
️ Support sales agents with document preparation and organizing viewings.
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
Ensure sales-related invoices are processed and filed correctly.
