L3 IT Support Specialist, O365, Cork, Level 2/3, Networking
Our client is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their Cork-based team. This role involves providing comprehensive Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensuring seamless IT operations, and contributing to system enhancements and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for Windows and Microsoft 365 platforms
* Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
* Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues
* Assist with IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades and deployments
* Implement and maintain IT security protocols, including firewall and VPN management
* Document and resolve technical incidents, maintaining accurate logs
* Provide end-user training and support as needed
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in IT support, including Level 2 and Level 3 roles
* Expertise in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
* Experience with networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent are highly desirable
