**Senior Digital & Product Manager Role at Ryanair**
Ryanair is seeking a highly organized and task-oriented Senior Digital & Product Manager to lead and inspire a team of product professionals in delivering high-quality digital experiences.
This role requires a balance of people leadership, process optimization, and hands-on design expertise to ensure the successful execution of design initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of weekly actions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with Head of Product & Design to deliver weekly updates to senior stakeholders.
* Manage a team of 6 and the day-to-day business priorities for the Product Managers.
* Build and maintain strong and balanced teams that know their products, business metrics, and business challenges/opportunities in detail.
* Drive ideation and problem-solving within the team.
* Delegate weekly actions to the team and ensure they are delivered to a high standard.
* Host weekly meetings and issue clear and actionable team minutes.
* Know our business really well and identify how Digital can solve business problems.
* Provide clear direction, set goals, and ensure accountability within the team.
* Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
* Oversee execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and business alignment.
* Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize tasks.
* Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
* Ensure design consistency across products and know our products deeply.
* Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
* Communicate decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Presentation and justification of new propositions and strategies to leadership teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
* Strong organizational and task management skills, with focus on execution.
* Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
