Provide formal supervision, oversee recruitment, conduct performance evaluations, and mentor staff.
Manage daily team activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure cross-training and deadlines are met.Act as a liaison between the company and clients, maintain excellent client relationships, contribute to client workshops, and support after-sales processes.
Represent the company at industry events to enhance its profile.Assist in crafting strategies to meet business opportunities, coordinate bid processes, ensure timely delivery of proposals, and maintain alignment with client needs.Distribute updates to internal teams, attend client meetings and site visits, prepare presentations, and manage follow-ups to ensure smooth workflows.Apply knowledge of disciplines to troubleshoot and resolve issues, improve systems and processes, and align team efforts with overall objectives.
Lead by example and foster collaboration.What Skills You Need for this Bid Manager job
3 – 5 years experience within commercial bids/tenders.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Experience working across various teams.What's on Offer in this Bid Manager job
