Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, driven, and self-motivated individual to join Sales & Business Development team as a Sales Account Executive. In this role, you will work hand in hand with the senior leadership team to achieve the company’s sales objectives. This role gives you the opportunity to join a high caliber team, to work in an exciting international environment (sales focus is truly global), and to help shape the future of our company and the industry at large. We are an agile, no-hierarchies organization and this role allows you to quickly take on additional responsibilities and advance into more senior roles.
Responsibilities:
* Evangelize the market about Payzaar’s unique solution capabilities
* Generate sales opportunities from your own network and through targeted outreach to prospective customers (via telephone, email, LinkedIn, conference attendance, etc.)
* Research accounts, identify key players and develop trusted relationships with customers
* Effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence
* Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to support company’s revenue objectives
* Provide feedback to the rest of the organization to ensure continuous improvement of our value proposition
Requirements:
* 2-3 years Sales experience, ideally in the B2B tech/enterprise software space
* Ideally experience selling enterprise software solutions into professional service firms (i.e. accounting/consulting/law firms)
* Highly motivated Self-starter with a track record of successful lead generation, opportunity follow-up and sales conversion at multiple executive levels within target organizations
* Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment; roll-up-your-sleeves, collaborative teammate
* Superb communication skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing and presentation skills
* Proficient with various communication and sales/prospecting tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn, LI Sales Navigator, Hunter.io or equivalent)
* Ideally experience working in a startup environment
* Sales training and sales process skills a plus; familiarity with Challenger Sales model a plus
* 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
