Job Title: Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our innovative scale-up company in the Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) sector.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Direct outreach and lead generation through prospecting and engaging senior decision makers
* Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, events and webinars
* Identify pain points and business challenges to align Syndeo's solutions effectively
* Develop a sales pipeline through research and understanding target industries, competitors and trends
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B technology/SaaS business development, sales or account management role
* Ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and book high-quality meetings
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
* Experience in using Hubspot or similar CRM
