They work on a number of large-scale hospitality, retail, and commercial projects nationwide, offering full design & build, installation, support, repair, replacement, and comprehensive, cost-effective systems of planned preventative maintenance.Your new roleYou will have full responsibility for a number of mechanical services projects. You will report to the managing director and will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project and be expected to manage full financial aspects including cost control, pricing of variations, and monitoring of the overall costs against the tender. You will be expected to manage the full team of engineers, supervisors, sub-contractors, etc., and ensure all works are completed in accordance with current health and safety guidelines.What you'll need to succeedYour ten years of post-graduate experience will help you succeed in this role. You will have a proven track record in delivering mechanical projects for a mechanical contractor.What you'll get in returnThe successful candidate will be paid an excellent salary in line with your experience.
