Why This Role Is Valuable
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of Kerrygold Park's equipment and systems.
* Conducting data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends for performance improvement.
* Lifecycle management of assets.
* Development of asset criticality & reliability maintenance strategies.
* Optimizing asset total cost control, identifying gaps & opportunities to improve asset performance.
* Leading and supporting analysis of equipment and systems failures using problem-solving, continuous improvement tools (RCA, Fishbone, DMAIC, and FMECA), and physical testing (destructive/non-destructive).
* Supporting project teams during equipment selection and defining preventative/predictive maintenance strategies for new assets.
* Leading the planning and coordination of the winter overhaul.
* Overseeing and managing the preventive maintenance program across site.
Key Skills/Attributes
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or trade qualification with relevant experience. Advanced certifications in reliability engineering are a plus.
* Knowledge of RCM and TPM methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
