We are seeking a highly experienced Travel Administrator to join our team on a permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator with exceptional organisation skills.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming travel and accommodation requests from employees in a timely manner.
* Assist with all aspects of travel booking, including hotels, rental cars, and taxis.
* Prepare detailed itineraries where required.
* Work with travel agencies to prepare bookings and handle last-minute changes.
* Budget and expense management, tracking travel invoices on a weekly basis.
* Prepare travel reports to be shared with the payroll team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Full working authorisation in Ireland.
* Strong MS Office experience.
* Relevant 3rd level qualification.
* Working knowledge of visa and travel requirements for booking international travel.
