Job Title: Marketing and Administration Coordinator
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Administration Coordinator to join our team in Cork.
The successful candidate will provide marketing and administration support to the office, working closely with our team to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
* Provide input into content development and graphic design, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
* Carry out website updates and maintenance, ensuring seamless user experience.
* Maintain the marketing calendar, researching and updating information as needed.
* Post on social media platforms, analyzing statistics to optimize engagement.
* Coordinate newsletter development, manage subscriber lists, and maintain templates.
* Support Training and Development administration, including training folder maintenance and qualification verification.
* Administer CPD function to ensure compliance with Engineers Ireland Accredited CPD Employer status for Tandem.
* Help prepare training plans and organize specific training modules as required.
* Pursue opportunities for grants applicable to training programs.
* Manage administration for the Advance Graduate Programme, undergraduate work placements, and Transition Year Programmes.
* Participate in Tandems Corporate Social Engagement and Thrive EHS & Wellbeing committees.
* Research speakers for Lunch & Learn events.
* Liaise with Engineers Ireland STEPS programme.
Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Marketing or Business Administration degree or similar discipline.
* A qualification in Digital marketing is a distinct advantage.
* Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe, social media analytics, and Mailchimp.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
