Sous Chef Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a well-established hotel in Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef within a busy 4*/5* hotel kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high culinary standards are met and maintaining a keen eye for detail.
* Oversee the purchasing and storage of food, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to write menus and create new recipes, driving innovation and excellence in culinary offerings.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef within a busy 4*/5* hotel kitchen.
* Proven ability to multitask and remain organized, with excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Package Offered:
