Our Client is a global law firm, looking to hire talent to join their established team of professionals.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven qualified lawyer with 5-7 years of PQE (In Banking and/or Finance) and a strong academic and practical background. In return, the role offers a leading salary and benefits, exposure to interesting work and international clients, and flexibility.
Salary: to €110k

Total Package: up to €165k
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide sound, high-quality technical advice and guidance to clients.
* Manage files with minimal Partner input.
* Establish yourself as an expert and be recognized by peers in your area of specialization.
* Ensure that you and your team members record and bill time in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Keep clients fully informed about the fees and disbursements associated with each matter, providing updates as needed.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients in your area of expertise.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and generate repeat business.
* Take accountability for coaching and developing paralegals, trainees, and new joiners, and offer assistance to other team members as needed.
* Act as a mentor to Trainees and Associates.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a relevant law firm, preferably in the banking/finance department of a large domestic or international firm, with a proven track record of consistent performance over the past two financial years. Experience in structured finance and fund finance is essential, along with a willingness to handle ad hoc tasks.
* Excellent drafting and written communication skills.
* The potential to develop top-tier professional knowledge and ability.
* Proactive in contributing to the development of know-how, including precedents, practice notes, and publications.
* Ability to ensure matters are billed monthly or, when bespoke billing arrangements are in place, within a reasonable timeframe, and fees are collected within 60 days.
* Capability to establish, build, and maintain relationships with external contacts.
* Experience in preparing for and attending business development meetings to achieve positive outcomes.
* Ability to present internal and external training seminars when required.
* A positive approach to change, promoting teamwork and strong relationships with immediate team members, other teams across jurisdictions, and Business Services to achieve personal, team, and group objectives.
