A Quality Manager is sought to support and ensure compliance in Quality across the EMEA Region and Ireland. This role will be part of a Regional Team contributing to the development of the business overall strategy, implementing it in line with the organisation's aims and values.
The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and management skills to inspire employees in achieving corporate, departmental, and individual objectives. They will empower team members, maintain good working relationships, and excellent communications.
Key responsibilities include ensuring quality standards are maintained, monitoring systems are in place for reporting compliance, developing and maintaining Health & Safety policies, Environmental policies, and operational training programs. The Quality Manager will also deliver the business plan for areas under their control and manage actual performance against approved budgets and forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Quality Management background and experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, and data centre projects. They must be able to develop strategies to maintain agreed quality standards, implement effective monitoring systems, and ensure continuous improvement in business delivery.
