Located on Little Island, the successful candidate will have the option of hybrid working days after training.
About the Role
* Deal with members daily via phone calls
* Manage a busy inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
* Update internal databases with relevant information
* Provide information and answer member inquiries
* Achieve set KPIs and targets
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
* 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing or customer support role
* PASSION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM SOLVING
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong computer skills
