Job Title: Aftersales Advisor
Responsible to: General Manager
Main Purpose of Job:
We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Advisor to join the Connolly Motor Group, within the Service and Parts team with SEAT, Cupra and MG Sligo.
The role:
The successful candidate will be required to work within the Service and Parts team to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to continually strive to ensure the appropriate maintenance of stock is available and thus the needs of the customers are delivered.
Role Responsibilities:
* Assist in the organisation of service bookings
* Welcome customers to the Service department and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintenance of stock including processing parts, deliveries, orders and returns
* Dealing with aftersales customers both on the phone and in person
* Delivery of products to trade customers
* Dealing with customer queries
* Co-ordinate daily parts deliveries
* Promote accessories sales
* Promotion/sales/securing of orders from existing and prospective customers
* General Warehouse duties

* Strong communication skills with internal and external customers, suppliers and the manufacturer
* Build strong interdepartmental relationships and pay close attention to other department requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)
* Experience of using Kerridge (CRM) – Desirable not essential
* A Technical background would be a distinct advantage
