Who You'll Work With
The CVP team who work on cloud based streaming telemetry services and applications. In a world where computer networks profoundly influence data flow among nations, organizations, and individuals, your role as a Product Designer for our CloudVision product is pivotal. You will redefine the deployment, management, and monitoring of computer networks. This role is both thrilling and rewarding: you will creatively solve user issues, transform complex processes into intuitive user interfaces, and experience a genuine sense of accomplishment.
What You'll Do
1. Identify high-impact business problems and define the features and user experiences to solve them
2. Transform business and customer requirements into effective, efficient, and elegant solutions
3. Use strong systems thinking to enhance existing workflows and experiences for scalability
4. Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivators that lead to engagement and realization of customer value
5. Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant, and innovative designs expressed in sketches, diagrams, rapid prototypes, and final design executions
6. Partner with Product Management and Engineering team members to understand customers and markets, develop product strategies and detailed requirements and designs, and ensure successful release to market
7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of your design solutions and identify strategies for enhancement and improvement
8. Demonstrate accountability and ownership of your work and responsibility for every detail, every step of the way
9. Contribute to evolving design practices and resources, supporting the digital maturity of our organization.

Qualifications
10. 5+ years of professional experience within an enterprise environment
11. Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, demonstrated by an exceptional portfolio of work
12. Meticulous attention to detail, including: typography, color choice, interaction patterns, and user flows. You have an understanding that even the smallest details can have a significant impact on the overall user experience
13. Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a complex enterprise environment with a solution-oriented attitude
14. Effortlessly balance multiple projects and competing priorities while communicating trade-offs
15. Empathy with users and a customer-focused mindset
16. Able to persuade and influence others to support your ideas and initiatives, via crafting compelling arguments, presenting evidence to support your claims, and addressing objections or concerns raised by others
17. Strong analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions
18. A deep sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of work you lead and deliver.
19. Ability to take initiative and proactively seek opportunities to improve the product and the design process
20. Humility, enthusiasm, and ability to build relationships, foster trust, and develop shared understanding
