Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Crop Protection)

The Role:
Our client is seeking a driven and intelligent Regulatory Affairs professional. This is a pivotal role, requiring a proactive individual ready to manage the regulatory lifecycle of plant protection products in the EU. With the company's expansion into the US and Canada, there is also scope to develop in these markets!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage EU regulatory submissions.
* Develop and execute market regulatory strategies.
* Collaborate with consultants and internal teams.
* Ensure regulatory compliance.
* Manage project timelines and data.
* Build relationships with regulatory bodies.
We're Looking For:
* A strong scientific background with a Bachelor's degree (Master's or PhD preferred).
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with exposure to plant protection products.
* Proven ability to develop and execute regulatory strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Hunger to learn and grow, and ability to quickly master new concepts.
