Job Responsibilities:
* Represent the Quality Engineering team as an Entertainment Project Quality Engineer to ensure Entertainment Project compliance with the Design Assurance & Hazard Analysis (DAHA) Process. Participate in DAHA meetings, such as Hazard Align Model (HAM) meetings and Hazard Analysis meetings.
* Review Entertainment project team submissions for compliance with Hazard Analysis, Industrial and Disney Standards, and Regulatory Requirements.
* Review the content of O&M work instructions for compliance with Hazard Mitigation, e.g., Manuals Instructions, Inspection Job Plans, Operation Guide, Safety Plan, etc.
* Participate in Entertainment project site works including construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and rehearsals.
* Assist the manager in the preparation of Entertainment Project Critical Deliverables and the issuance of opening permits, i.e., Pre‐Turnover Operation Requirement Memo and OK‐to‐Use Memo.
* Track timely completion of project critical deliverables with the Entertainment Project team.
* Sustain ongoing work instruction integrity, i.e., maintenance job plans review and approval.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree or above in Risk Analysis & Management, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or any related disciplines.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge, and experience in Quality Management System, Quality Auditing, Entertainment, or Performance Stage Management is required.
* Fluent spoken and written English; confident in communicating with multi‐national partners.
* Able to make decisions independently; familiar with compliance, regulatory requirements, and submission procedures.
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills in problem solving and negotiating with different stakeholders.
