The Ireland Compliance team, part of the International Compliance team of the Northern Trust Group, works closely with regional and global compliance partners in Limerick and Dublin offices. The role of Manager Compliance (PCF-12) for our third party management company service, Northern Trust Fund Services (Ireland) Limited ("NTFSIL"), involves working with the Ireland Compliance team and other compliance partners across the globe. This role reports to the International Chief Compliance Officer in the UK, the NTFSIL Board of Directors, and is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Ireland ("CBI").
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires a strong understanding of the NTFSIL strategy, business operations, regulatory landscape relating to regulated financial services entities and industry trends. The successful candidate will act as subject matter expert on the regulations impacting Northern Trust as a regulated financial services entity in Ireland.
As a trusted advisor, this individual will provide constructive engagement and challenge on core activities and advise on group-wide compliance initiatives impacting the legal entity. They will also assist the Ireland Compliance team with other aspects of the Northern Trust compliance framework.
