Accounts Administration Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administration professional to join our Finance team at PE Global, based in Little Island, Cork. This is a permanent role reporting to the Associate Director, Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing of high-volume timesheets and sales invoices for the UK pharma and healthcare sectors, including the NHS.
* Weekly processing of expense claims and payment files.
* Dealing with queries from candidates and clients in a timely manner.
* Assisting with month-end processes, including prepayments, accruals, and reporting.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts administration within a professional environment.
* Proficiency in Excel, intermediate/advance skills a significant advantage.
* Previous experience with high-volume timesheet and invoice processing, including self-billing.
* Experience with online portals and systems desired.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
