JSD is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its team.
The location of the position will be for an 18-month contract in Co. Wicklow.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and/or Contracts Manager.Primary Responsibilities of the Role:Site Management of the project in compliance with company policyThe ability to supervise and manage contractors and employeesMaintaining good relationships with clientsInterface with the Project ManagerEnsure works are carried out in the most efficient manner possible to achieve optimum commercial resultsEnsure contract costs are managed within the budgetMonitor construction with regard to Quality & SafetyAttend Site MeetingsSkills and QualificationsSuitable candidates will be degree qualifiedWith a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position Must have good IT skills and CAD would be an advantageKnowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality PoliciesExcellent communicator and motivated team playerAbility to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
