Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Clusters Coordinator to join our Cluster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various companies and activities within the cluster, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders (MDs, Partners, Enterprise Ireland in Ireland and Overseas, Government agencies and departments) and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The Clusters Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving communication and cooperation across member companies and partners while aligning Smart Regions goals with overall Member company and cluster objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cluster Coordination:
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among different clusters (teams) within Emerald Aero.
* Organize regular cluster meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
* Assist in the development and implementation of cluster-specific strategies and initiatives.
* Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects within clusters.
* Ensure that all projects align with company goals and adhere to timelines and budgets.
* Track project milestones and deliverables, providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
1. Stakeholder Engagement:
* Act as the primary point of contact between clusters and upper management.
* Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.
* Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation across clusters.
2. Reporting and Analysis:
* Prepare regular reports on cluster performance, project status, and resource allocation.
* Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
* Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
3. Administrative Support:
* Assist with administrative tasks related to cluster operations, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining minutes and records.
* Ensure compliance with Enterprise Ireland policies and procedures within all clusters.
4. Recruitment:
* Recruit new members and grow the cluster membership.
* Recruit international pathfinders from overseas to carry out market discovery in overseas markets.
5. Marketing and Public Relations:
* LinkedIn content creation and updating.
* Website content creation and updating.
* Seeking and taking advantage of PR opportunities.
* Updating of collaborative sales presentations and marketing materials.
* Liaising with web developer.
* Implementation of the Enterprise Ireland Strategic marketing review and plan.
* Attendance at EACP events and ensure that all EACP sub groups are represented by Emerald Aero Members.
6. Funding and Compliance:
* Position Emerald Aero for Super Cluster funding as part of the National Cluster Policy.
* Attend Department and Enterprise Ireland briefing sessions.
* Ensure structure is in place within the Cluster to position the group for Super Cluster funding.
* Writing of Enterprise Ireland applications for funding.
* Ensure Enterprise Ireland KPIs are achieved.
* Reporting for grant drawdowns and Enterprise Ireland interim reviews.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the aerospace or aviation industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
