Overview of Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities/customers through various channels.
2. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with existing customers within identified growth segments.
3. Planning: Develop and use journey plans, tools and supports to maximise time and resources as efficiently as possible.
4. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and contacts within CRM system.
5. Achieve monthly KPI’s and issue report to Sales Director.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development/coordination or a related role, within the construction industry essential, with a strong business sense and understanding.
2. Proven ability and proficiency using Salesforce or similar CRM system.
3. Strong experience using MS Office suite of products, especially PowerPoint.
4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
5. Capacity to set and meet targets for reporting to senior manager.
6. Resilient with the ability to remain positive and focused at all times.
7. Full clean driver’s licence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €38,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
