HR Information System Implementation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Information System Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of a new HR Information System for our client in Dublin West.
This is a 6-month contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidate will ensure the systems integration with business processes and systems efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyse organisational needs and design relevant HRIS solutions
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and project milestones are met
* Develop and maintain a project plan for the system implementation
* Work closely with all key business departments, including HR, IT and other departments for the HRIS implementation
* Scope out best practice HR processes aligned with business needs
* Ensure the system integrates seamlessly with other existing systems
* Plan the migration of existing HR data
* Develop and deliver training programmes for users
* Create user manuals and related documentation
* Monitor system performance and user feedback
* Maintain highest levels of security and confidentiality
Required Experience:
* Relevant degree – Human Resources Qualification preferably
* 5+ years related experience, with proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management methodology
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
