Key Responsibilities
* Support the Client Success Manager with client plans and communication, and act as point of contact for assigned client inquiries.
* Assist with launching new clients, maintaining client records on the CRM, and preparing account updates for internal meetings and client meetings.
* Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with company solutions in support of the Client Success Manager.
* Approach work with a project mindset to ensure client deliverables are met within established timelines.
* Compile and present client metrics, preparing reports to share insights with the Client Success Manager and other key stakeholders.
* Identify and escalate potential challenges, offering proactive solutions to address client concerns.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably in the certification and licensing industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
* Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
