Variation of Roles within the Construction Sector in Ireland
We are currently seeking experienced professionals to fill various roles within our construction team in Ireland.
Key Roles Include:
* Contract Managers: Overseing the planning and execution of contracts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
* Project Managers: Coordinating and directing projects from inception to completion, managing resources and teams effectively.
* Site Managers: Supervising site operations, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
* Site Engineers (all levels): Providing technical support and guidance to site personnel, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Finishing Foreperson: Leading teams responsible for the finishing aspects of construction projects, including installation and fitting of fixtures and fittings.
* Building Service Engineers: Designing, installing, and maintaining building services such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
* Quantity Surveyors: Preparing and managing project estimates, monitoring costs, and ensuring financial viability.
* HSE Advisors: Providing expert advice on health and safety matters, developing policies, and implementing procedures to mitigate risks.
* And other related positions.
Main contractor experience is essential, with a proven track record of working on RTW projects in Europe or Ireland.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the Irish construction industry.
