We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to join our Senior Management Team as the Director of Sales and Marketing. This role combines visionary marketing strategies with proactive sales leadership to drive revenue growth, enhance brand reputation, and deliver world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:
">
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets for rooms, events, and other Estate services.
* Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders.
* Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional service.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to identify growth opportunities.
* Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and partnerships.

2. Marketing Strategy:
">
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that highlights the resorts unique offerings.
* Manage brand positioning to ensure consistency and alignment with the resorts luxury identity.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
* Manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and social media to drive traffic and conversions.
* Monitor advertising budgets and ROI and manage weekly meetings, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal performance.
* Manage and grow the hotel's presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
* Manage business listings on OTAs and 3rd party partners sites to promote the estate.
* Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure the hotel's competitiveness in the market.
* To develop a marketing plan for the year (Q1-4) for each revenue segment to achieve growth and revenue targets.
* To manage yearly events and projects such as Cyber week and seasonal campaigns.

3. Revenue Management:

* Partner with the Director of Revenue to develop pricing strategies that maximise profitability.
* Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operational teams to optimise guest satisfaction and financial performance.

4. Team Development:

* Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
* Provide ongoing training to ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools and techniques.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
">
* Work closely with the leadership team and department heads to align goals and strategies.
* Prepare and present regular reports on sales, marketing performance, and market insights to senior management.
