Deputy General Manager Clayton Leopardstown
We have a fantastic vacancy for an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team in the Clayton Leopardstown.

Objective of the Role: The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations in all areas of the Hotel.
They will work shoulder to shoulder with the senior management team and colleagues motivating and inspiring them to deliver the highest possible operational standards coupled with an unrivalled guest experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic support to the General Manager across all elements of the hotel operation.
Take accountability for the overall day-to-day operation of the property.
Lead, motivate and coach the Duty Management Team to deliver both fantastic operational standards and an unrivalled guest experience.
Support the delivery of the strategic and financial business plans for the property.
Requirements:
1-2 years minimum experience in a Deputy General Manager or senior role in a busy Hotel.
3-4 years experience in Food & Beverage management.
A passion for service excellence and delivering an unrivalled guest experience.
A proven track record of delivering excellent results and standards through motivation, coaching and inspiring your people.
Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for consistently delivering the highest possible standards across the operation.
An excellent communicator who is comfortable and confident to influence at all levels of the business.
