We are recruiting for the following Position:
Commis Chef to work in our hotel kitchen at The Kingsley Hotel, Victoria Cross, Carrigrohane Road, Cork.
Requirements:
* 2 years of previous experience in a similar background and role
* HACCP Knowledge and Training Certification from a recognised body
* Basic Computers and Fluent English
* Preparation of sauces, garnishes and side dishes
* Assist with plating for service
Assist in the preparation and cooking of all menu dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
Help with stock rotation and organization of the kitchen.
Learn and develop culinary skills across all sections of the kitchen.
Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
